Due to unprecedented growth, a leading independent hospitality and VIP company is seeking a confident, professional, and well-organised Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality based in Maidstone on a full-time basis.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £35,000 in your first year which will only grow in subsequent years!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced, proactive telesales team
  • Responsible for nurturing existing B2B accounts, as well as expanding a portfolio of clients and prospects
  • Researching businesses and approaching senior decision-makers
  • Pitching, negotiating and closing deals
  • Building strong relationships - with the public as well as C-level executives
  • Organising and following up on daily tasks within your existing pipeline
  • Coaching and support will be provided to aid you in pursuing existing KPIs, maximise your potential, and ensure your professional development
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity

Required Skills:

  • Sales experience is essential
  • Strong character and can-do attitude
  • Naturally competitive
  • Self-motivated and financially driven
  • Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Interest in sports would be an advantage, but not essential
