We are working with a well-established regional Northwest maintenance contractor operating contracts and partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Associations across the country.
They have a vacancy available for a Site Supervisor to join a long term contract in Sheffield, which is a Voids contract.
As a Site Supervisor, your duties will be:
- Managing a team Tradesman and Subcontractors
- Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Snagging of properties
- Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
- Supervising subcontractors quality of work
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of working as a Foreman/Supervisor for a Social Housing contractor. You must also be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
Ideally the successful candidate will come from a trades background and have a good eye for detail.
