Join a leading scientific services company as a Warehouse Operative and help with the smooth arrival and dispatch of goods and disposal of waste.
THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE ROLE:
- Receiving incoming goods (including hazardous chemicals)
- Deliver consumables, chemicals and solvents around the site
- Dispatch goods out, including Dangerous Goods according to ADR and IATA regulations, ensuring all paperwork for shipping and Customs is completed
- Monitor stock levels
- Arrange hazardous waste collection and complete documentation
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previously managed inventory, including receiving, storing and issuing materials
- Organised and detail-orientated
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Computer literate, ideally Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.
SALARY & BENEFITS AS WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE:
- £25,000 - £28,000
