Facilities Assistant (temporary)
Salary: £14 per hour
Must be available immediately
Temporary for 3 months with the potential to extend

The Client
My client is a well-respected law firm based in the City of London are looking for a confident Facilities Assistant to join their team on an 3 month temporary basis with the very strong potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team and learn and absorb experience on a day-to-day basis.
The Role
- Full-time Monday- Friday based in their office
- Coordination and set up of meeting rooms and catering set up
- Lifting and moving heavy boxes from different rooms and to external locations
- Ensuring a smooth running of the office and reporting anything that needs to be fixed (etc lightbulbs or lockers etc)
- Client interaction and providing the top level of customer service at all times
The Person
To apply for this role you need to be confident, proactive, and professional. Facilities experience is not mandatory. You will be well-presented, hardworking, proactive and able to think on your feet!
