Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant - Norfolk

Posted by deverellsmith.

Would you like to work for a leading property development company known for creating luxurious, high-end homes in Norfolk? The developments are designed and finished to the highest standards, offering an exceptional living experience. We are looking for a Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant to join the sales team, helping potential buyers navigate the process of finding their perfect home within our exclusive developments.

Role Overview: As a Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our developments on-site during key sales days. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. While experience in new homes is beneficial, it is not essential; we value a strong sales background and a keen understanding of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome and engage with potential buyers, creating a positive first impression and building rapport.
  • Sales Process: Lead clients through every step of the buying process, from initial interest to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our properties, including features, finishes, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate their value.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through skilled negotiation and exceptional customer service.
  • Client Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Background: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a high-end market. While new homes experience is an advantage, it is not required.
  • Customer Journey Understanding: Strong ability to understand and support the customer journey, from initial interest to final purchase.
  • Presentation: Professional and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Availability: Must be able to work on-site during weekends and Mondays, as these are the critical days for client interaction.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive commission-based earnings, with potential income aligned with the property price range of £650k - £1mil.
  • An opportunity to represent a prestigious property developer and work in a beautiful, high-end environment.
  • A supportive and collaborative team, with ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • A flexible, part-time role ideal for professionals seeking a balanced work schedule.

How to Apply: If you are a driven sales professional with a passion for high-quality homes and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
