Day-to-day of the role:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Handling payments and preparing batch payment runs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and resolving any invoice queries.
  • Assisting with month-end closing processes and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role or similar.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
