£30,000-£35,000 DOE (£60,000 OTE)
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 11am-1pm (weekends worked on a rota basis- day off in the week if a weekend is worked.)

On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for an experienced Branch Manager to join a warm and welcoming team as they rapidly expand! The successful candidate will be pivotal in leading the team to achieve outstanding results and provide excellent customer service- always ensuring the customer's needs are paramount. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the local property market and previous experience in property valuations to drive business growth and build/maintain excellent relationships with clients, local business and the community.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
- Conduct property valuations and manage the listing and selling process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses and the community
- Identify business opportunities and take proactive steps to capitalise on them
Key skills:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and act on Business Opportunities
- Well-spoken, well presented and organised
- Target driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
