Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales environment with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Evident interest in technology, specifically computer hardware.

  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes (specifically CRM packages and sales processes).
  • Competent user of modern office automation packages (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a B2B sales environment (telesales, lead generation, or account management).
  • Experience or strong base knowledge of technology/computer hardware.
  • Experience working towards KPIs.
  • Experience working to ISO:9001 standards or within a professional, process-driven methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to define target suspects for business generation campaigns in defined vertical sectors or product groups.
  • Responsible for achieving an agreed sales target and pro-actively working towards this goal.
  • Pro-actively create a pipeline of interested prospects through calls.
  • Perform day-to-day business development and account management activities.
  • Maintain Marketing & Engagement information in a Central CRM System.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with managed accounts.
  • Develop an appropriate knowledge of customer business intelligence and requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets.
