Operations Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round administration support to the Installations and Operations team
  • Regularly liaise with customers to enhance the customer experience and simplify the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the sales team to successfully process customer orders
  • Work with the production department to understand manufacturing timescales and arrange delivery
  • Respond to customer queries following the sale
  • Maintain an accurate CRM system by updating customer account information
  • Generate sales and delivery documents to be sent to customers following the installation
  • Gather customer feedback to pass to the management team to improve services

Operations Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience gained as an Administrator within a similar role
  • Customer-focused with experience of conversing with and supporting customers
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail, able to work to a high standard and with accuracy
  • Good IT skills with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience would be a distinct advantage
