This role offers a base salary of £25,000 with an uncapped commission structure that could see your total earnings rocket up to over £40,000!
You'll also be working standard office hours from Monday to Friday, meaning your weekends are yours to enjoy. Other benefits include free parking and regular company incentives.
In your new role as a Business Development Executive, you'll be:
- Assisting the Business Development Managers
- Reengaging with potential brokers to build and remedy relationships
- Account Management on current accounts to increase revenue
- Delivering excellent customer service through effective account management
- Meeting sales quotas in relation to revenue targets
- Managing your sales pipeline effectively
- Organise documentation and finalise processes

The ideal Business Development Executive will have:
- Experience in an outbound sales role, such as a Sales Executive, Lead Generator, Sales Advisor, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Loan Advisor, or similar
- Sales experience within Financial Services/Insurance
- At least of 2 year's sales experience
- Consultative approach when speaking with customers
