You will be working for an organisation in Southampton currently undergoing a period of growth and would like to add a finance administrator to their administration team.
Your new role

  • Payment Processing: Enter payments provided by the administration team, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are accurate.
  • Banking Proficiency: Use various banking platforms to manage payments and accounts.
  • Cash Management: Handle daily cash tasks across multiple bank accounts, understanding billing, cash collection, formatting, and systems.
  • Process Improvement: Review and suggest improvements for the finance process
  • Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Template Creation: Create templates for regular suppliers and investors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Full right-to-work in the UK, with prior experience working in an administration or finance role in the UK
  • Computer-literate, with good excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Organisational and time management skills are essential.

What you'll get in return
