Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading global consultancy who is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join a dynamic planning team, based in Farringdon, London. This is a fantastic chance to work on a diverse range of projects and gain experience in a variety of sectors, including residential, mixed-use developments, data centres, airports, retail, logistics, and major infrastructure.
What you will be doing:
- Managing planning casework independently, while working alongside multidisciplinary experts.
- Delivering on complex planning applications for a wide range of high-profile projects.
- Supporting Planning Directors in managing their caseloads.
- Mentoring and actively supporting junior members of the team, including Graduates and Apprentices.
- Engaging with our internal Prospects Planning Group, contributing to the future of planning.
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Senior Town Planner
- Experience in the Private Sector
- Town Planning degree
- Strong knowledge of planning policy and local planning issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment.
- A passion for planning, development, and environmental matters.
- The drive to help shape the urban environment and contribute to large-scale, impactful projects.
