Seven resourcing are currently looking for a Housing Manager to work across services in Worthing, Arun, Chichester and Havant. This role is a hybrid role, so working in the community, home and in our local office in Port Solent near to Portsmouth.

Rate: £14.18 per hour. £28.36 Bank Holiday pay.
Hours: Full time role - 37.5 hours per week.
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities: Covering Voids, Letting, Allocations, ASB and Estate Management.
Experience: Must have experience in the following: Covering Voids, Letting, Allocations, ASB and Estate Management or a specialist in the above.
Compliance:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- 3 years referencing
- Right to Work
