Residential Support Worker (Children's Residential Homes)
Location: Oldham
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Shift Work (Night -in)

Holden Knight Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a leading Children's Residential Homes for experienced Residential Support Workers with OFSTED experience. **Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children and young people in a residential setting.
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes the well-being of the residents.
- Help children develop life skills, manage emotions, and achieve positive outcomes in their personal and educational goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and participate in inspections, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
**Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a children's residential home.
- Familiarity with OFSTED requirements and inspections.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive way.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and nights.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent (preferred).
