Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Redditch

Salary: £24,964

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Company Benefits: 20 plus bank holidays, rising after 5 years service

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a well established business based in Redditch. No office experience is needed as full training will be provided. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a busy environment.

Duties Will Include:

  • Contact businesses via telephone.
  • Responding to incoming emails.
  • Sending out letters to clients.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.
  • Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.
