Description
- Manage and oversee the credit control process
- Liaise with clients to ensure payments are made on time
- Update and maintain credit control records
- Provide support to the Accounting & Finance team
- Monitor client accounts and identify overdue payments
- Resolve credit control issues and disputes
- Report on outstanding issues to management
- Contribute to improving credit control procedures
Profile
