HR Advisor

This is a fabulous opportunity working for a friendly Trade Association based in the heart of buzzing Covent Garden.

They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team of 2, working closely with the People Director, you will be the main contact for all the employees, they have around 60 employees.

The role is hybrid, ideally you will go into the office 1 to 2 days a week for inductions and team meetings.

Hours are 9/5.

This is a true 360 HR role, dealing with monthly payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, L&D planning and HR projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent HR advisory, organisation & HR administration skills and have solid HR generalist experience.

CIPD 5 level qualified

IT skills - PeopleHR experience is an advantage.
