Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their prestigious team in South Kensington.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth sales operations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage documentation using Kerridge
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking inventory levels
  • Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, ideally within the automotive industry or luxury retail
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software, preferably Kerridge.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience
