This role is working Tuesday to Sunday between 1.30pm - 11pm, traning will be in the office 9-5.30 monday to friday but after it can be fully remote and will revert to the LATES tuesday to sunday pattern
Key Responsibilities
- Handing inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with technical support for outsourced companies when needed
- Assisting with sales team queries
- Completing product investigations
- Following up on tickets opened
