Reed Talent Solutions are hiring Talent Specialists to join the team in Northampton!

You can specialise in supporting candidates through their recruitment process or focus on onboarding and vetting candidates ahead of starting their new career!

What's a Talent Specialist?

A Talent Specialist is an entry-level recruitment role giving you an insight into the fast-paced world of recruitment. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of our clients, but you can typically expect to be:

  • Supporting candidates through the process, from application to their first day. You'll be the first point of contact for their queries and will pride yourself on delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
  • Working on attraction to generate the required application levels for the client's recruitment needs
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, identifying their requirements, supporting with their queries and keeping them in the loop about their recruitment.
  • Following processes and procedures to ensure applications are accurately managed

What are we looking for?

No previous recruitment experience is required, we just ask you are:

  • Confident communicating over the phone
  • Can demonstrate a high standard of attention to detail
  • Have a good level of IT literacy
  • A team player
  • Open to learning new processes and systems

While no previous recruitment experience is necessary, we are keen to speak with candidates who have transferable skills from customer service, sales, or target-driven environments.
