A European Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a motivated, Associate Director (Quantity Surveyor) to lead their London, Quantity Surveying team.
The Associate Director's role
The successful Associate Director will take the lead on a high profile framework, helping to deliver projects (pre and post contract) for a government body with the support of the current Quantity Surveying team.
Alongside being hands-on with projects, the successful Associate Director will also be responsible for building and managing the quantity surveying team |(in London), and targeting new business opportunities.
Role: Associate Director (Quantity Surveyor)
Location: London
Requirements: MRICS (or similar), NEC contract experience, public sector project background
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000, plus benefits and clear route to Director
