Project Coordinator – 2-year Fixed Term Contract

THE COMPANY: Our client is a professional membership body who is seeking a Project Coordinator to join on a contract basis for 2 years.
THE ROLE:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate activities and schedules
- Update project documentation such as risk registers, change logs and programme plans
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, and maintaining programme files
- Assist with budget planning
THE PERSON:
- Experience in business administration, project management and programme administration
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a digital filing system
