I am seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join a leading B2B organisation in Sandwich. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to amplify the company's visibility by creating captivating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting broader marketing, PR, and event initiatives. Ideal for someone with a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, engaging, and relevant content to attract and convert potential customers into leads.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create personalised email campaigns and dynamic social media content.
- Produce high-quality social assets, videos, and photography for the website and social channels.
- Maintain and optimise the company website for SEO in collaboration with the digital agency.
- Manage email marketing efforts using DotDigital and maintain contact lists.
- Coordinate communication for events, including promotion, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in event logistics and production of marketing collateral.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Provide general administrative support, including liaising with suppliers and printers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on social media and content creation.
- Passion for social media and video content creation.
- Proficiency in website management and SEO best practices.
- Experience with email marketing programmes and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
