The Role:
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a temps desk, leveraging your sector knowledge and experience to place candidates in roles that align with their skills and career aspirations. This role requires someone who is ready to hit the ground running and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place construction professionals in temporary roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed billings targets
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
