Revenue Growth Manager (FMCG), West London
£60- £70kpa plus Car Allowance- £5k, Bonus- 10%, Medical & Pension
Our client, a market leading business in its specialist field, with an impressive reputation across the globe, is looking to source a talented Revenue Growth Manager. This position will drive and lead revenue and margin improvement plans across the portfolio, including, amongst other things, facilitating regular NRM processes, leading cost out programs and SKU rationalisation. The role will serve as a key business partner for the business unit working with the Finance leads and Customer team in the UK, providing leadership and support to drive improved margin and top line growth.
Key duties include:
- Managing the delivery of budgeted P&L's for defined brands within the portfolio across all channels, on time and in full across all agreed strategies with support from NRM Controller.
- Supporting the NRM Controller through ensuring execution of the marketing plan through the sales team, tracking delivery vs budget and recommending corrective action where necessary. This includes developing strategies to increase profitable growth through promotions and pack format strategy.
- Track promo guideline execution, and optimise promo return on investment through internal evaluation and review systems.
- Work with marketing team to provide commercial perspective / inputs for NPD and brand projects.
- Use the reporting suite and conduct ad hoc analysis to identify brand P&L opportunities, challenges and build plans to improve profit or course correct.
- Utilise account reviews and execution forums to ensure delivery against strategies and lead periodic brand performance reviews to ensure clear understanding of performance drivers by brand. This includes ensuring they are fully equipped to do so through clear communication and provision of selling tools.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Excel and financial modelling skills with an awareness and extensive exposure dealing with various finance departments. You must be capable of influencing the decision-making process within a business and using commercial nous and strength of character to push through recommendations where necessary.
