Ground Remediation Scientist

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000
This multidisciplinary engineering and environmental company based in London are seeking an experience Ground Remediation Scientist to join the team on a variety of geo-environmental and contaminated land projects across the UK. You'll be working with a well-established and experienced team on a variety of projects in the building, energy, rail, transport, and public sectors, allowing for engaging and knowledge developing work.
The responsibilities of the Remediation Scientist will vary widely. You'll be developing remediation strategies and contributing technical support and management of schemes, carrying out Phase 1 and Phase 2 investigations, ensuring equipment is used appropriately and receives regular maintenance assessments, contributing to site work including sampling and logging carrying out risk assessments. Liaising with clients and mentoring junior members of the team will also be staff.

To be considered for this Ground Remediation Engineer role you should:
- Have experience in the ground remediation/geo-environmental industry.
- Have or be working towards an engineering qualification.
- A CSCS card or SMSTS qualification.
- Have an understanding of health and safety practices.
- Be commutable to London and willing to travel for work.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
