What You'll Be Doing
- Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs
- Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and encourage children's engagement in learning activities
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to help them reach their learning goals
- Assist teachers in organizing the learning environment and maintaining accurate records
- Support pupils' literacy, numeracy, and overall curriculum development, alongside behavior management
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification
- Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners
- Strong relationship-building skills to connect with both children and staff
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a nurturing, fun, and inclusive classroom environment
