We are looking for Strategy Managers to help our business navigate this change.

About the role

As part of a small team, you would report to the Director of Strategy and M&A, and work with colleagues across the business to

  • Build an understanding of the business landscape we face – looking at customers, suppliers, competitors and other stakeholders

  • Help develop the long term strategy of the business

  • Work as an internal consultant to the business to:

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities in current and new business areas

  • Develop plans to realise value from the opportunity

What you'll need to have

  • Curiosity, and a desire to understand business problems and find deliverable solutions· An analytic approach and mindset, with familiarity with relevant tools
  • Ability to build good relationships at multiple levels across the business
  • Ability to effectively synthesise and communicate complex ideas simply
  • Experience operating in cross functional teams, and providing thought leadership and rigour to their work

It would be great if you also have

  • Some commercial or operational experience·
  • A finance qualification
  • Experience working in a consulting environment
