Hours: Days/Backs/Night shift rotation therefore own transport desirable due to lack of public transport
Pay: £11.50 per hour, increases after successful training.
Location: Cupar
Contract: Temporary to Permanent upon successful completion of 12 week temporary contract.
What you will be doing as a Production Operative...
- Working with your team to achieve production targets
- Operating bespoke production machinery.
- Working with high attention to detail to measure and weigh ingredients.
- Following all health and safety as well as hygiene procedures.
- Carrying out quality checks and sampling.
- Preparing finished goods for distribution or storage.
What we are looking for in a Production Operative...
- Due to location and lack of public transport, own transport is essential.
- Previous production experience is advantageous however full training will be provided so a desire to learn is a must!
- Ability to follow strict quality, health and safety and hygiene procedures due to the nature of the work
- As you will be working as part of a small team you must be able to work cooperatively with others
- If you have a forklift licence this would be highly advantageous.
