Salary: £35,000-45,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be supporting a well established RIBA Chartered Practice whose substantial experience dates back over 80 years. Their large diverse portfolio of exciting projects covers sectors such as residential, commercial and education on varying scales. They also have expertise on conservation and listed building projects earning them several awards and a stellar reputation. With a number of conservation focused projects on the horizon they are seeking a talented Conservation Architect who can bring their passion and expertise to the successful team in Winchester.
The successful Conservation Architect will ideally have their RIBA SCA/CA accreditation with extensive post qualification experience on heritage and conservation projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Conservation Architect:
- ARB / RIBA registered
- Significant post part three qualification experience
- AABC accreditation is desired
- On track / already achieved the RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation
- Substantial experience working on conservation, heritage and residential projects
- Passion for heritage and listed building projects
- Boast design flare and attentiveness to detail
- Keen to input to practice growth
- Aid with mentoring of other team members
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, The Adobe Suite and other industry standard software
- Live locally to the Winchester area
- Proactive and positive attitude
