Venn Group are excited to be partnering with an Ipswich based education provider to recruit for an IT Technician on a temporary to permanent contract. This client is looking for a tech passionate IT Technician who will be working within an organisation who take pride in delivering high quality education to students in Suffolk.
This IT Technician will be providing first line IT support to a variety of stakeholders and so strong commnunication skills are essential.
Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personable first-line technical support to students and staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Reset passwords and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience providing IT support (minimum 6 months)
- An enhanced DBS check (dated in the last year)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience troubleshooting server issues
