A large technology driven organisation, that is easily commutable from the Southampton and Portsmouth areas, is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with their leadership team to develop business critical strategies, initiatives and programmes and support their subsequent implementation.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner include:-
- Identifying, influencing and shaping strategic business initiatives to support the organisation's aims
- Working closely with the Leadership and Management teams to deliver on key strategic initiatives.
- Drive positive business outcomes using financial data to influence decision makers
- Being the financial conscience and providing challenge to decision making to improve outcomes
- Deputising for the Director of Finance
The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner will:-
- Be a qualified accountant with significant experience gained in large complex businesses
- Have a demonstrable history of business partnering at executive level
- Possess excellent strategic thinking, analytical and stakeholder management skills
