Your new role
As a site manager you will be working on new build and refurbishment projects, project values of £500k - £5million for social housing providers.
This is a permanent position in which your daily activities will include; managing on-site workers - including subcontractors, communicating with the clients and providing regular updates on the progress of the projects.
Other responsibilities will include; organisation of the day-to-day running of the site, adhering to budgets and costs and ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times.What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to provide a CV which details relevant experience working on social housing or local authority projects as well as current SMSTS, CSCS and first aid qualifications.

Salary of £50-£55kCar/Car allowance
