Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging science lessons to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred
- Experience teaching science
- Experience working with SEMH / challenging behaviour
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student development and well-being
