My clients a global logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team!
Duties would include:
- Taking bookings
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Tracking movements of goods
- Route planning
- Monitoring PODS / collections
- To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
- Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
- Resolving any issues from clients
- General admin ie scanning and data entry
Skills required:
- Previous freight/ transport experience
- 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible with regards to shift work
- PC literate
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 1000-1900
