Finance Assistant

A growing experiential marketing agency, based in Central London, are on the search for finance assistant to work closely with a Finance Director and support with the end to end transactional accounts from accounts payable to month end.
As a growing business there's great opportunity for growth with this role possibly evolving to include MA prep in the next 3 years, so if you're a budding finance assistant this could be your perfect next step....
Key Responsibilities include:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Previous experience in transactional finance
- Experience using Paprika is ideal
- Previous experience working for creative services is a highly desired advantage
