Their Early Years team is committed to creating a foundation for lifelong learning, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual developmental needs are met.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the setting.
- Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable:
- Additional training or qualifications in early childhood education.
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN).
