Sales Manager - Financial Services

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join a growing global consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing business development, bringing in new clients and selling the firm's services to asset management and investment banking clients.

Duties

  • Develop strong relationships with global financial institutions
  • Primarily perform a hunter role and build a strong sales pipeline of new clients
  • Manage the end to end sales processes for all opportunities including working with pre sales and delivery teams
  • Utilise strong selling skills to drive revenue growth
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with clients
  • Be the point of contact for new clients during the initial phases of the engagement
  • Perform operational tasks related to sales operations including negotiation, managing RFI and RFP processes

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales management role selling business solutions and services
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory trends within risk, data and technology areas
  • Proven ability to manage negotiations with senior business leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Local industry connections and network

Qualifications

- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
