Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales. The individuals will both be responsible for business development and tasked to establish and lead their newly formed sales function. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee account management and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members, ensuring continuous development
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in sales acumen
  • Demonstrable experience in account management, sales development and sales leadership
  • Proven team management and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role (commericial property) is necessary
