Interim Recruitment Administrator, 8 weeks - Leading UK Charity - Remote - c£13 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a high performing Talent Acquisition team.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Acting as the first point of contact for all Recruitment Inbox queries, providing advice and guidance
- Advising recruiting managers and new starters on the recruitment and new starter process, including guidance on use of manager self-service processe.
- Administration of their ATS, Eploy
- Reviewing and posting adverts through Eploy
- Setting up of interviews with hiring managers and lived experience panels
- Scheduling of briefing calls for new roles with TA Resourcers
- Supporting the recruitment transformation project as required
You should be an immediately available Recruitment Administrator with a track record of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally eploy). Experience of sifting and shortlisting candidates should be combined with excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
