We are looking for an immediately available HR Advisor to work in a small HR team on a manufacturing site of c250 employees. This is a generalist role with a focus on managing employee relations and upskilling managers.

Description
This interim HR Advisor role will:
- Providing HR advice to staff and the management team
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Managing employee relations, coaching managers and resolving issues
- Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reports, providing HR MI and working with data
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should be/have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field and/or CIPD level 5 is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Sound decision-making skills and business acumen
- Immediately available to start a temporary role. There is potential for this to become permanent for the right candidate.
Job Offer
- A competitive rate of between £18 and £22/hr depending on experience
- A temporary position with potential for extension/permanency
- A site based role, working a 9 day fortnight for full time pay
