Role Overview:
As a Senior Practitioner at Sirona Medical, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical expertise and leadership within your specialty. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical care and leadership in your area of specialization.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Mentor and support junior practitioners and other healthcare staff.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant professional qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy).
- Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
- Significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
