The Role
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in our continued success. You'll leverage your technical expertise to assist clients with their home improvement projects. The role involves:
- Pre-Sales Support: Providing technical guidance and educating clients about our products.
- Proposal Development: Analysing client specifications and drawings, preparing detailed proposals and quotations.
- Client Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating contracts.
- Technical Expertise: Interpreting technical drawings, identifying suitable solutions, and ensuring project feasibility.
- Organisation and Initiative: Managing your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks, and taking initiative to drive sales.

- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a customer-focused mindset and thrives in a sales environment.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.

- Is fluent in written and spoken English.
- Has a good level of computer literacy.
- Can comfortably read and interpret technical drawings (a plus).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm, including some Saturdays.
