Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid Working Available)

Overview: If you are looking for a PA role to work around school hours or other commitments, I have a very flexible client who is open to working reduced hours across 5 days, for example 9.30am - 2.30pm. If you are a proactive and highly organised individual looking to make a significant impact we are recruiting a Part-Time Personal Assistant for our client, to join their dynamic business. In this role, you will provide essential support to the leadership team and other PAs, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Excellence: Handle various administrative tasks including minute-taking, presentation preparation, and report production with precision.
  • Deadline Management: Proactively manage tasks and deadlines to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilise IT and software tools efficiently to deliver results even with minimal direction.
  • Diary and Travel Management: Organise schedules and manage travel arrangements to optimise time management.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events such as conferences and hospitality days within budget.
  • Team Support: Serve as a central figure within the team, maintaining approachability and strong connections.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships across the business, communicating confidently at all levels.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside other PAs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support new team members to ensure a smooth integration process.
