Operating across multiple sectors in our 16-year history, we have built an enviable network of clients and now require a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our office based in Sittingbourne.
Current sectors that we cover include:
- Motor Trade
- Accountancy and Finance
- Financial Services
- IT
- Media
- Property Industry
Recruitment experience is preferred but comparable sales experience will also be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 360-recruitment process
- Arranging interviews
- Candidate sourcing using several top UK job boards
- Shortlisting candidates for vacancies
- Sourcing new business and communicating with clients
- Developing your own personal brand in a dynamic sales environment
Candidate Requirements
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills
- Content with using the phone extensively
- Emotional intelligence
- Inclined to go the extra mile at work
- Positive can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn
- Exceptional time management skill
- Friendly, confident, bubbly outgoing personality.
- Driving Licence and own transport preferred
Salary and Hours
- £40,000-£50,000 OTE
- Basic salary negotiable dependent on experience
- 8.30-6pm; Monday to Friday
- Company Pension
