Recruitment Contract Manager - Severn Beach

We are looking for a new Contract Manager to join our internal team in Severn Beach, on a full-time basis.

You will be supporting all aspects of day-to-day recruitment for our customers, as well as looking out for the welfare of our candidates. Full training is provided along with regular daily guidance from your colleagues in the team.

About you:

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment sector is essential, however FULL training and our team support is provided.

  • Previous recruitment background in transport environment is essential.
  • Ability to talk and communicate well with others.
  • Flexibility around working times.
  • Good admin skills
  • A team player
  • Able to work alone.
  • Own transport would be beneficial.

Shift and Pay Information for Contract Manager:

  • £28000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday (including some weekends on call, rota based)
  • Day shift, however, some flexibility is required.
  • 12 weeks probation period.

Duties of a Contract Manager:

  • Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the site.
  • Cover all aspects of recruitment on-site - posting job adverts, calling potential applicants, registering new candidates, interviewing new candidates, getting them ready for starting their assignment, ensuring you follow all processes, and you are fully compliant.
  • Complete weekly payroll
  • Attend regular meetings with site to understand and plan their recruitment needs.
  • Regular meetings with the client General Manager, 24-7 Manager and / or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational action plans are met.
  • On call when required
