Marks Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to work on a rolling contract for a reputable Housing Association. **Key Responsibilities
- Tenancy Management: Handle tenancy-related queries, sign-ups, and terminations. Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and address breaches effectively.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate and monitor property repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Rent and Arrears: Assist in rent collection and manage arrears, providing advice and support to tenants where needed.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with tenants and community stakeholders to foster a positive living environment.
- Anti-Social Behavior: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding anti-social behavior in accordance with the housing association's policies.
- Safeguarding: Identify and address safeguarding concerns, working with relevant agencies to support vulnerable individuals.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, inspections, and actions taken.
**Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a Housing Officer role or a related field (e.g., social housing, property management, or tenancy support).
