Do you have supervisory or team lead experience within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role within an industry leading manufacturer who are offering first class training and development as well as and early Friday finish and flexible working hours?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a production supervisor to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility in Harlow. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day to day operations within your team, ensuring that all company, customer and industry standards are achieved while meeting product and project deadlines. You will play a key part in developing and expanding your team by managing training exercises and recruitment within the team.
This is a great time to make an impact within a well established electronics manufacturer. Supplying into some of the worlds largest automotive and sports companies, the business has continued to expand at a rapid rate over the past decade!
