Senior Insurance Technician
£25,000-£40,000 DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Technician to become part of a top-tier global insurance brokerage. This position focuses on delivering expert support for the Natural Resources product line while playing a key role in driving the company's bold growth strategy!
Responsibilities:
- Manage data for clients and risks, including processing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Coordinate all documentation related to Lonon Market Premium policy processing and liaising with various parties where necessary
- Investigate and resolve issues from insurance debtors, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in system testing, provide training, and act as a technical referral point for complex debiting and related issues
- Undertaking complex debiting tasks
- Assist in the creation of broking, client and other documentation
- Assist in end-of-month work and provide administrative support to line managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar senior technician role
- Strong understanding and experience of working with the Lloyd's and London market
- Exceptional knowledge of insurance market processes and procedures, with the ability to audit and check the work of others
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Progress towards gaining an insurance-based professional qualification is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and changing client needs.
