MERJE is seeking an experienced Advice Operations Manager for a leading life insurance company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a financial advice team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and innovative proposition development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the company's Advice & Direct Senior Leadership team.
£70,000 - £80,000 (Remote role!)
Location: South of England, bi-annual visits to the office required only

The Role
As Advice Operations Manager, you will oversee the growth and development of the Advice team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advice propositions. Required knowledge and experience for the Advice Operations Manager role:
- Strong track record in leading financial advice teams
- CF30 qualification with relevant Diploma in Financial Planning (R01-6 DipFA)
- Proven experience in proposition development within Investment & Pensions sector
- Expert knowledge of Financial Services Industry regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability and passion to lead, coach and manage teams
